Layered Jello Snacks

Valentines has to be one of my favorite Holidays. It’s so much fun to celebrate. The options are endless and you can show love to just about any one. It doesn’t have to be a spouse, boyfriend, or girlfriend. It could be parents, friends, aunts, cousins, and well you get my point.

I have found it extremely fun to celebrate Valentine’s day with children around. One of my favorite things to do is make special goodies for them. This layered jello snack has been the most requested goodie!

Ingredients:

*4 packages of 3 oz Jello Mixes (any flavor I chose red colors because of Valentines day coming up)
*4 packages of unflavored gelatin
*1 can sweetened condensed milk

Directions:

1. Mix one of the Jello mixes and ½ of one of the packages of unflavored gelatin.
*Add in 1 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve the jello.
*Cool the new mixture to room temperature and then pour it into a glass pan.
*Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
2. Mix 1 can of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of boiling water.
*In a separate bowl put in ½ cup cold water and sprinkle in 2 packages of the unflavored gelatin.
*Let the new mixture set for a few minutes and then add in ½ cup boiling water to dissolve the gelatin. *Add the new gelatin mixture to the milk and mix well.
*Cool to room temperature and then pour 1 cup of the milk mix over the top of the first layer of jello. *Refrigerate for an additional 15 minutes.
3. Repeat this process until the desired amount of layers is met.
*Keep in the refrigerator until the jello is completely set and then enjoy!
