Thermacell Repellents
We are a family that loves spending time outdoors whether we are out hiking and camping or just chilling on the porch and enjoying family time. However I hate getting bit by mosquitos and I hate the smell of bug spray so I am always on the lookout for something to use that would help keep the bugs away so when I had the chance to try Thermacell Radius Zone Mosquito repellent I was excited. This post is a sponsored post, but all opinions, stories, and my experience are all personal and true (like always)!
There are no messy sprays or lotions that you have to use and best of all this is scent free. I love that it isn’t something you spray on yourself instead it’s a gadget that you use. It is rechargeable, compact and so powerful that it protects up to a 110 square foot area. This is so easy to use, you just put the repellent cartridge in, close the cover and push the button to turn on. This thing is also small enough to carry with you which is great for hiking, and small enough that we each carry one on our backpacks so we have protection without having to stay right next to each other. This thing is great and it even features three different modes. You have the lock mode which is for travel, the unlock mode which is for regular use, and the timer mode which will make it shut off automatically after a certain amount of time. This is east you carry with you when you travel also, and I have a friend who was even able to keep hers in her carry on bag on the plane when she was traveling to Utah for a major hiking trip. This works amazingly well and since getting it I haven’t used bug spray or lotion at all on myself or my husband and kids.
If you are an outdoorsy type person or spend anytime outdoors in the warm months then I would suggest you get this and try it. It really is amazing and works really well, I am happy with ours and will continue to use it for years to come. Would be a great gift for any camper or hiker in your family. I got one for a few of my family members who love camping up in the mountains and they love it.
