I have a secret that I need to tell you. I hate to cook! During the week I cook, but it’s usually very simple and plan meals. My husband is the one that cooks those really yum kind of meals. I was really never taught to cook, so I hated it. I had made it my goal this year to learn how to cook better meals. Meals that my family doesn’t get tired of! Recently I had a chance to try some ribs from Lobel’s.
About Lobel’s: (according to site)
Lobel’s of New York is the best source for the finest and freshest USDA prime dry-aged steaks, roasts, specialty meats, and gourmet products that money can buy.
About The Ribs: (according to site)
Lobel’s St. Louis ribs are coated with our unique dry rub blend before spending hours in the smoker being cooked to juicy perfection. The ample meat lightly clings to the bone for an easy bite and an explosion of flavor.
The first thing I noticed is that they send the meat fresh. It’s not frozen. This helps insures that you are getting the best flavor! Next was how shocking easy their directions was to cook the ribs. Basically all I had to do was rap them up in foil, add water, and then bake them. Now here comes my favorite part; the flavor! Man did they taste good!! They were moist and season good! My husband was very shock to come home and found that I actually cooked a meal versus the helper! These ribs would make the perfect addition to any meal.
