Soma Sole Kit Review
I have something I can’t wait to share with you! It’s called Soma Sole. This post is a sponsored post, but all opinions, stories, and my experience are all personal and true (like always)!
What is it?
A whole resistance workout kit. Several different exercises, and an easy to use system.
What makes this different from other resistant workout bands?
So much! At least from the cheap rubber band workouts of the past. First thing that struck me was how strong and thick and flat the bands were. The second was how they clip to the foot gear rather than having you try to step on the bands.
The Soma Sole kit comes with two short bands, a long band, two handles, and a left and right foot setup. It all fits in a small bag that also holds the “exercise cards.”
Really it looks kind of odd. I am used to the rounded or thin exercise bands. These are heavy duty! But more than that the whole system is of great quality. I have always had a fear of snapping a big ugly rubber band!
These are made of great quality.
How do you use it?
First the set up can seem a little awkward, the foot gear is a little strange to get used to.
But the instructions are easy. Put the foot brace on, it’s clearly labeled. Attach the cords you want to use and handles and get at it! It really is simple. The pictures on the exercises are really easy and clear to follow. You can also find a bunch of workouts online. (A lot more graceful than anything I could do yet)
Okay My bottom line:
*it is great for use in my small house (bonus no gym needed)!
* The bands are really strong! Like no fear of a snapback from the big rubber band.
* The foot braces are awkward to use.
*Changes for different exercises can be a little much, but for how sturdy it is, it is worth it.
Best part, I don’t have to go out to the gym, and it works in my small house, I can get a whole workout without all the big equipment in the way. If the workout cards are not enough to get you going they have workouts online to keep you going.
Anything to get more blood flowing!
