Dr Seuss Birthday was just the other day and Saint Patrick’s Day is this weekend so my family and I decided to celebrate this morning using our bamboo cheese board and have a Saint Patrick’s Day Breakfast Feast. We had Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast muffins.
I got the idea when a parent made these for my daughters class. They were simple, easy, and yummy! You could make them in support of both Dr. Seuss’s Birthday and St. Patrick’s day. I also plan to make some up without green eggs and freeze them for those days that are crazy and we are in a hurry.
Catholic Central sent me a cheese board and knife set to make my breakfast feast. I feel in love with the board the moment I opened it up! It’s solid, so it is sturdy and heavy. It has a sliding storage area were the knives are kept. Lastly it’s easy to clean. Which as moms that’s an important factor! I can’t wait to use it again for other recipes!!
