Ring a Ding Ding #2019WOMRHoliday
We love games at our house and often host a game night, so I’m always looking for games that they younger kids can enjoy together while the adults and older kids are playing games. Ring a Ding Ding is just that, it is so much fun for younger kids. The below was provided to me to help facilitate my review. All opinions are my own and honest. Will you be first to match the pattern and ring the bell?
Flip over a card, grab a band and start stretching. But things can get downright hairy as players race to get the right bands onto the right fingers in the right order in this game of visual and digital dexterity. The first to make the right pattern dings the bell and collects the card-the first to collect five cards wins. For an added challenge, players flip over the cards and make the pattern from memory. The cards in this kids game are specially drawn so they work for righties and lefties.
This game is great because you are racing so everyone plays at the same time, so no waiting your turn and getting bored if players are taking to long.
You have a bunch of colored bands laid out, everyone picks a card and then tries to get the bands on the right fingers in the right order first. If you do, you hit the bell and if you’re right then you get to keep the card earning you points. This game is easy enough to understand and is recommended for ages 4 and up. You can play with up to 6 players and we usually keep it at about 4 with the younger ones. This is definitely a great game to add to your game library if you have little ones or if you do game nights with your friends and family.
