Review: Simply 7

This is a sponsored post.  As with all the products I blog about, I use them personally and opinions are my own, I was not influenced in any way by the compensation I received.

Losing weight is hard. Especially when you are home all day long. You want to much. The food is there. Why not? That’s why I have decided to try to find healthy munchies to keep around the house. Not as easy as it sounds. Because most healthy food isn’t munchie worthy. If you know what I mean. However, I found THE answer!!

What does Simply 7 stand for?

“Simply7 refers to the 7 core standards that all of our products follow. These core standards are things we truly believe should be basic expectations for any snack food. They are: 0 Grams Trans Fat and No Cholesterol; No Artificial Colors or Flavors; No Additives or Preservatives; Gluten Free Ingredients; All Natural Recipes; Simple Ingredients; and Simply Delicious. Many people think that the Simply7 means that our chips have 7 ingredients, but that is not the case. In fact, our Sea Salt Lentil Chips only have four ingredients (lentil flour, potato starch, oil, sea salt). Of course, some of our chips have more than 7 ingredients, but we are constantly looking for ways to simplify our recipes even more.”

My Thoughts:

These chips are beyond perfect! I haven’t tasted one that I didn’t like. They have a nice crunchy taste to them. I haven’t tried one that I didn’t like. My favorite is the Sea Salt flavor. It has a natural simple taste to it. They aren’t that salty either which was one of my concerns because I don’t like a lot of salt. My family (yes even my picky eater) liked them a lot. I had several bags and they barely made it a week in this house. I sent them to school and work for my husband and son’s lunches. They are perfect healthy munchie snack!
