When I first got this I made sure to follow the directions completely. You simply place this on a hard surface so like a kitchen or bathroom floor then with socks on you step on the mat for 30-60 seconds a day. This Reflexology Massage mat has thousands of tiny massage points that are supposed to help supply pressure to important areas of the feet. Eventually you work up to 3-5 minutes a day barefoot shifting weight from one foot to the other for better results.
I like to use this with some relaxing music at night and I have found that it calms my nerves and helps me to relax my body. I have even stood on it while doing dishes and it felt so good. Nothing beats a good foot massage and with this you can give yourself a fantastic one in the comfort of your own home.
My boys love coming home after football practice and using this before they go to bed. They have said that it helps their feet to not cramp and helps them relax so they can sleep better at night. Now my husband even uses it twice a day, in the morning before work and at night when he gets home.
