Review: Hexbug Nano Hive Habitat
This is a sponsored post. As with all the products I blog about, I use them personally and opinions are my own, I was not influenced in any way by the compensation I received.
My son loves robots and bugs. What little boy doesn’t? He is also all about building and constructing things. Having all that in one toy would be the perfect toy for him. That’s why I was very excited to get a chance to review Hexbug Nano Hive Habitat.

My Thoughts:
As you can see from the pictures both my son and daughter really enjoyed the Hive Habitat. They played for two hours straight with this habitat. Bryson’s favorite part was changing the setup in the hive. His words exactly “It’s a Hexbug Maze!” He loved it when the hexbugs went up the ramp and then came back down. One of the things I worried about was how sturdy the pieces would be. How many times could they handle being moved around? I can tell after umpteenth time moving them around they don’t show a single sign of wear. They are toys truly meant for boys; however, are enjoyed by girls as well. The habitat is very sturdy and encourages children to use their imaginations (seeing how many ways they can put the pieces together). My son loves to watch his Hexbugs “battle” in the hive. He and his dad watch a robot combat show on tv which my son thoroughly enjoys. His excitement grows each time the miniature warriors ram each other in their very own realm. The hive combines all these important aspects for keeping a boy’s interest: bugs, robots, toys, and not to mention the “battles!”
