As a family we are trying to live a healthier life style. One of the things I have been trying to change is eating more fresh vegetables. It wasn’t till last month that I realized just how important when cooking healthy good meals it is to have great tools. Trust me on this having a good vegetable peeler will save you a lot of time!!

My Thoughts:
This happens to be one of my favorite kitchen appliances. I have kids, and you can imagine that they don’t always want to eat their veggies. I often find myself hiding veggies in a lot of their dishes, but I hate always having to use several different appliances just to change the way I slice or peel something. So why not use something that allows you to peel, slice and shred vegetables and fruits easily. As a plus you just have one dish to wash and dry when you are all finished with preparing your fruits and vegetables. You won’t be sorry that you gave this a try.
