My Thoughts:

Every Saturday is family movie night. Last Saturday my family watched The Boxtrolls and I was pleased to see that all three of my kids really enjoyed the movie. The Boxtrolls is a great movie that can teach kids about helping others and dealing with discrimination. I also appreciated the lessons about about the bond of a father and sons. I loved that it shows you don’t have to be blood to love and raise another one. My favorite lesson of all is how it encourage kids to fight for what they believe in. Okay.. lets face it that was clearly a mom talking. Now from the kids  point of view they really enjoyed the boxtrolls’ funny personalities and quirks.  I would definitely recommend for families to have The Boxtrolls in their movie library.
