We know the reasons! I don’t even know why this is a thing, but here it goes one more time. Spend the time to find a water bottle you love. Find one that makes you drink your water. I recently found I love the water bottles with the straw in them, never really got into any of the other ones I have had. I have had a million, but I really dig this simple one with a straw. So, reasons to drink water:

Just drink the water. I always hear 8 cups of something or whatnot. I hated drinking water, and hate being told how much to drink. And totally think tea counts (it doesn’t). I have also heard to drink half your weight in oz of water each day. I am not even sure where to start with that! Just drink some water. Start with one bottle, see how you feel. Somedays you need more, some days less. I married a fish who drinks a whole bottle of water right before bed each night. I try to drink water. I go for some of the clear stuff first thing in the morning, and throughout the day, but I drink a bunch of other stuff too.
