Chocolate Marshmallow, Bacon Cheddar, and Cheesy Jalapeno EASY Pumpkin Seed Recipe
My favorite part of the fall is the pumpkins! I love spending the time with my family while we are carving pumpkins. Over the past couple years I started making my own pumpkin seeds. This year I decided to put a twist in them. I decided to use my kernel season’s that I have to season my own seed. Let me tell ya it was sure yummy! I can’t pick my favorite one.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups raw hole pumpkin seeds
- 2 Teaspoons butter
- Pinch of Salt ( I used Kernel Season instead)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 Degrees.
Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter(I used I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter).
Add Season (Salt or Kernel Seasons)
Spread the seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake for 35 Minutes. (Stir Occasionally.)
I made three different batches. I used Chocolate Marshmallow, Bacon Cheddar, and Cheesy Jalapeno Kernel Seasons.. I made the Cheesy Jalapeno for my husband so I can’t tell you how that tasted, but the other two were yummy!!! I couldn’t get enough. In fact I am going to the store this weekend to get more pumpkins. Do you have your own twist to making pumpkin seeds? If so what?
I always have Kernel Season’s in the house because we eat a lot of popcorn. I’ll have to try it on some pumpkin seeds too. Thanks for sharing on Merry Monday.
I have to try this, I have pizza kernel seasons and bacon cheddar in my cupboard! Great idea!
