POP for Sight Words 1 & 2 with Learning Resources

This is a sponsored post.  As with all the products I blog about, I use them personally and opinions are my own, I was not influenced in any way by the compensation I received.

I know I have said it tons of times education is very important. It’s also both parents and teachers jobs to ensure that children are learning. However it’s not always easy to do. It can be stressful for both parents and child. It no longer has to be. It can be fun! Learning Resources provides TONS of educational items that make it fun for your children.

About Pop For Sight Words Bundle: (per site)

Sight word practice students will love! Pick, recognize and read aloud almost 200 high-frequency words. Keep all the words you can read, but look out for the POP cards! Bundle Includes Pop for Sight Words™ and Pop for Sight Words™ 2 (also sold separately).

I had a chance to try the Pop For Sight Words 1 & 2. I was very excited about revealing this game to my son. He started Kindergarten this year and his teacher told me that he was struggling with certain sight words. Not all of them, but he need to practice more. It has the same concept as the Pop for Rhyming so I knew he would love it. Me and him play this game every day for 10 minutes. I treat it like homework for him. However he doesn’t see it that way. He sees it as he’s playing a game and is having fun! Just yesterday I got an email from his teacher saying that she has seen HUGE improvement on his reading skills!

My overall opinion of the Pop for Sight Words 1 & 2  is that it’s  perfect. They are simple and easy for the kids to play. Your kids will enjoy playing Pop for Sight Words 1 & 2 and will be learning at the same time. Plus they really do help! Both the teacher and I saw improvement in my son!

  1. I learned that Learning Resources is based on Common Core Standards which is what my board of education bases learning curriculum on, and that’s really important for us!

  2. I love the base ten set and the ten frame treasures set on Learning Resources!

  3. My daughter is learning sight words and she would LOVE this fun way to practice!
