This prequel series to the smash hit Hercules: The Legendary Journeys explores the dawn of an ancient age of light and darkness as the half-god, half-man Hercules (Ryan Gosling, The Notebook) — along with his friends, Prince Jason (Chris Conrad, Mortal Kombat Annihilation) and Iolaus (Dean O’Gorman, The Hobbit Trilogy) — struggles to find his place in the world and learns what it means to be a hero.
Executive produced by Sam Raimi and Robert G. Tapert (Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, Xena: Warrior Princess), Young Hercules aired on the Fox Kids Network from 1998 to 1999, and was nominated for three Daytime Emmy® Awards.
My Thoughts:
Starring Ryan Gosling, Young Hercules is about the early years of the mythical legend of the half man half God. Jam packed full of 50 episodes, you better have a comfy seat plenty to drink and snacks. This action packed set was something I couldn’t get my boys to turn off. They were so indulged in the experience and in the shows. Their was just enough action to keep their attention, while providing laughs and excitement over things that happened. I would recommend this set anyone, it really is entertaining and great for those days when you just want something good to watch.
