Dinosaur Detective’s Search-and-Find Rescue Mission

Recently I was asked to review the book Dinosaur Detective’s Search-and-Find Rescue Mission. Needless to say my kids were excited! This post is a sponsored post, but all opinions, stories, and my experience are all personal and true (like always)!

About the Author

Sophie Guerrive was born in 1983 in Marseille and studied at the University of Aix en Provence and then at the School of Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg. She has loved comics since she was a child, and is influenced by strips like Peanuts, Calvin and Hobbes or Mafalda. Her books are usually full of adventure and tinged with absurd humour. She has been artist-in-residence at the House of Artists of Angoulême since 2013.

About The Book:

With his red airplane, the Dinosaur Detective travels the world in search of lost animals. A rich and whimsical “hide and seek” picture book, which takes the reader on a puzzle-packed tour of a dozen different destinations, including the jungle, the stormy sea and outerspace. Detailed drawings of drama-filled scenes will challenge children of all ages to test their spotting skills.

My Thoughts:

This is one of my favorite grab and go books for the kids when we are out and about or in the car or someplace I need to keep them quiet and entertained. Dinosaur Detective’s Search and Find is a fun book full of several different search and find pages. In this book your little one will help the Dinosaur Detective as he travels the world in search of lost animals. Whether looking in the jungle or the stormy sea, this book will keep your child entertained and help them with their problem solving skills and their spotting skills. It helps them to learn to pay attention to detail when they are just having fun. I actually had to get one of these for my little nephews and they loved them. This book is fun and educational and to me that is a perfect combination.
