My Thoughts:

These mats are pretty handy! They are durable, easy to wash, and have a  nice non-stick finish.  In the past I have used non stick baking pans, but the finish always managed to get scratched off.  My grandma had a metal baking pan that always took forever to scrub clean. I hated it.  The best part about these mats is you can do several things with them. You can bake on it, freeze it, refrigerate on it and roast on it! You don’t need to oil or spray down the pan or mat before putting food on it. I have cooked BBQ chicken, cookies, biscuits, and many more stuff on the mat and they have saved me from doing a ton of work.
