I am a huge seafood person. There hasn’t been a type of seafood that I didn’t like. So you can imagine how much I love Red Lobster. It’s my number one favorite place to eat at. The one thing that the whole family can agree on that’s great about Red Lobster is their Cheddar Biscuits. Biscuits are baked fresh every 15 minutes and Red Lobster serves roughly 395 million biscuits every year–that’s almost 1.1 million daily. When I heard about Red Lobster’s Seaside Mix & Match I knew it was something I had to try.
The Seaside Mix and Match is where you get to mix and match to make your perfect meal. You can get a choice of two of the items bellow, salad, and a side for $12.99 or you can pick three of the items bellow, salad, and a side for $17.99.

in a creamy sauce topped with a Cheddar Bay Biscuit.

I had a hard time deciding which ones to get. I knew I would be sharing my plate with Carly Jo so I decided to get three of the items. I got The Tropical BBQ Glazed Chicken, Crunchy Parmesan Ranch Shrimp, and the famous Cheddar Bay Biscuit Shrimp & Lobster Pot Pie. Carly Jo is a chicken eater so she really enjoyed the chicken. I however feel in love with the Crunchy Parmesan Ranch Shrimp. It had the perfect combination of Parmesan and ranch. Nothing was outdone by the other taste. I wish I would have gotten more. The Cheddar Bay Biscuit Shrimp & Lobster Pot Pie went above and beyond my expectations. It took pot pie to a whole new meaning!! My husband also got the chicken, but he also gotten the Shrimp and Scallops Linguini. He said it too was perfectly made. It was creamy and tasted great.
Beside the food tasting the great the service was great! The server never let our cups go dry. The restaurant was packed full and the manager even had time to stop by and ask how everything tasted and if we needed anything. You can tell that the people at Red Lobster wants you to have a good experience both with food and the service.
