Tomorrow marks a whole week on my mission. For those of you who don’t know what my mission is it’s to get healthy. I have been in touch with my doctor and we are working together on a diet and exercise plan. One thing I have already learned this past week is just how important it is to keep track of what you have done and eat. As moms we tend to put everyone else before our selves. But we need to remember that we got to take care of ourselves in order to take care of them in long run. I know life gets busy and it’s hard to remember what you have eaten, drunk, and even what kind of exercise you have done. I found between my fit bit and this printable log they have made it a lot easier for me to stay on track with my health mission.

I so need to remember to try to bring this up again tomorrow when I can print. I just started the insanity workout program, and even though I’m not putting myself on a strict diet. I think I would hold myself more accountable for making wiser food choices if I had something like this. I didn’t see a pin it button. I would love to pin this.
