Do you know one of the things I love about summer? It’s the season for get togethers. Nothing is better than getting to spend time with family and friends, outside fresh air, and some great food. More often than not these gatherings are pot luck styles. My go to dish for pot luck usually involves potatoes some how. Because the truth is you can’t go wrong with potatoes. Everyone loves them!
