Presenting Ragu Pizza Pasta Supreme
My family is my everything. They are also the reason behind everything I do. From waking up happy, to cooking yummy meals, everything that I do, I do with my family in mind! Wanting to feed my family healthy and yummy food leads me to a family tradition- a family favorite brand, Ragu Pasta Sauce, that was founded by a woman who felt much like I do about family.
In 2016, we are welcoming a new baby to our family, that has inspired us to eat healthier as a family, to enjoy real food that is cooked with love and quality ingredients at home more often than we grab take-out. To stick with that resolution, I am trying new recipes and ideas and I am using Ragu Pasta Sauce in a great deal of my recipes. I love that there is no artificial flavors and no high fructose corn syrup in the sauce.
I came up with a great Ragu Pasta Sauce Recipe that satisfied my craving for bread, my husband’s cravings for noodles, and the kids desires of pizza. This was so yummy that I can’t wait to share it with you!
Pizza Pasta Supreme
Ingredients
1 box of angel hair pasta (12 oz)
8 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni
Can of refrigerator biscuits
1 Jar of Ragu Traditional Pasta Sauce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Begin by stretching the dough of your refrigerator biscuits
After all have been stretched out to be thin and about 3-4 inches in diameter place one or two slices of pepperoni on each circle of dough
Next, sprinkle a bit of cheese on the dough circles.
Form a ball to enclose the cheese and pepperoni
Layer the dough balls into a casserole dish
Pour Ragu Pasta Sauce into the dish, covering the dough balls 1/2 of the way
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough balls are lightly browned on top.
As your dough balls are baking in sauce bring water to boil and cook the angel hair pasta according to the directions on the package.
Place the cooked pasta on a plate as the base. Scoop one dough ball and sauce to the top of the pasta and enjoy!
