The end is here…

Wow! Can you believe that month has already gone by? I can’t! I will have to admit so much has changed in the past month and all for the good.  Have you been doing the #Noom30 Challenge? If so, I would love to hear how you are doing? This week I am down 2 pounds. I don’t usually weigh myself weekly, but I wanted to be able to report to you something for the last post. I contribute a lot of the weight loss this week to the fact that I have worked my booty off moving! We only moved three blocks away (to a much bigger house) but my whole body aches. So much so that I blew off unpack today so I can just rest. I really wanted to share with you one more important factor about Noom and it’s their Noom Groups.

Noom Groups is perfect for people like me that need a little extra motivation. Noom works hard putting you in your own group. Each group is like a buddy system. You talk about your day and the challenges you had that day. Or like my group is currently doing is a little challenge that requires each of us to do certain task each week. I think the groups are great for keeping you accountable for your weight lost and eating healthy. The best part is that if you need advice your group is there for you. They all are going through the same thing and will not judge you one bit! I love it, because honestly I have always been afraid of being judge.

Since I started #Noom30 I have lost a total of 27 pounds!! That’s as much as my youngest ways! Pretty cool, hugh! I am only 23 pounds away from my first goal and I hope to lose that during my next thirty days. If you haven’t already started your own #Noom30, you can start now! You get to try Noom out for a FREE Thirty Day Trial!!! I am so excited about this journey and even more excited that you can do with me. It’s always easier to do things when you have a buddy!!

If you haven’t been following my journey with Noom please stop by and check out my weekone two, and three posts.
