My Weight Lost Journey with #Noom30 Weight Loss Coach (Week 2) #ad

Ladies and Gentleman…I have survived my first week of using Noom Weight Loss Coach.  Honestly it wasn’t bad at all. It was actually really good because not only did it challenge me but it taught me a lot. It has several great features but my favorite would have to be the coach part itself.

Each day it gives you several different tasks that you earn points for completing. The tasks are pretty simple. Sometimes it’s just reading some information that will give you the knowledge you to succeed. Sometimes it’s encouraging to write down your goals or get up and move in a certain way. One of the things from today was rather you should exercise on a full or empty stomach? What do you think? I thought with a full stomach which I was right but the reason why is different. I thought it’s because you can barn what you eat. But in fact research shows the body burns the same amount of fat whether or not you eat beforehand. Besides lacking energy, not eating can actually cause muscle loss and suppress the metabolism making it harder to lose the weight. Pretty neat fact, isn’t it? The best part is with the coach you get those kind of useful facts every day!! The coach is perfect! It gives you the information you need without having to hunt it down. It also gives you the support you need only fingertips away!!

Tomorrow is a big day in this household! My baby girl is turning 3!! In honor of her birthday we are doing several things. We have a picnic and lots of fun water play planned. But first we need to get the yucky doctor appointments out-of-the-way. She has her yearly well child check up and I have my monthly weight loss check in. I have to admit I am a little nervous. According to my scale I have lost 6 pounds this month, but I only record the doctors weight. This month has been pretty stressful for me and when I get stressed I munch. I know bad, right?  Food is comfort. I realize I need to find a different source of comfort. I don’t know where to start.

How do you deal with stress??

Don’t forget!!

You get to join me on my #Noom30 challenge!! You will get to try Noom out for a FREE Thirty Day Trial!!! I am so excited about this journey and even more excited that you can do with me. It’s always easier to do things when you have a buddy!!
