My Weight Loss Journey with #Noom30 Weight Loss Coach (Week 3) #ad

I received compensation for participating in this 30 Day Challenge and my work on this review. This post was made possible by Mom Spark Media. Thoughts are my own.

It’s so hard to believe that we are already on week three of this thirty-day challenge. I have some very exciting news to share with you guys. I am down eight pounds this past month. I had my check up Friday and I can’t even began to describe the nerve-racking feeling that was going on in my stomach. I almost didn’t want to get on the scale. I knew it was a bad month for me. We had the fourth of July and one week was super stressful so I munched on a lot of unhealthy food. In the beginning of my weight loss challenge I decided to set the goal of loosing two pounds a week, so with this eight pounds I reached it! I have to admit that I think Noom has been a huge helped getting through this month.

One of the things that helped me stay on track these past couple of weeks was the food log. It was super easy to use. Noom already had a huge database of food and their calories. All I had to do was clicked on the meal or snack I was having and add the food I ate. Noom did all the work of counting calories for me. At the top of the screen there is a bar that shows how many calories I ate for the day and how much I have had left. With the food log I didn’t have to worry if I was over calories or getting close to it. I knew right a way where I stood.
