The Best Meals for Fat Burning

You need some cooking spray, a cup of chopped broccoli, two large eggs (beaten), two tablespoons of feta cheese (crumbled), a quarter teaspoon of dried dill, and two slices of toasted rye bread.

First, coat the pan with cooking spray, and heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Put in the chopped broccoli and cook it for three minutes. Then, combine the eggs, feta, and the dill in another bowl. Add the mixture to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Flip the omelet to make sure it evenly cooks and repeat the process for about two minutes or until it is well cooked. Once ready, serve with toast on the side.
