I was so glad to get these two books, they truly are inspiring and amazing. I love waking up in the morning and opening up the Self care book and finding new ways to start and end my day that will help me to hopefully be more relaxed.
With the Simple Acts of Kindness I actually like picking a couple different things out of this book to try to do everyday and even challenge my children to do them as well. It is really neat to see my kids completing Simple acts of kindness as they go through their day. The acts really are simple such as Thanking your bus driver, holding a door open for a stranger, things that we seem to forget to do in our daily busy lives. This book is actually great for children to learn from as well.
