Recently Carly Jo has started feeding herself. Let me tell ya it has been a fun experience. Carly Jo has brought on for me many new experience. Would think with her being the third child in the family I would be experience on how to handle toddlers. I thought I would be, but Ha! Carly Jo had plans other wise. Getting her to eat and feed her self has been a challenge. But one thing I learned is having the right equipment is a must!
About Flower Child Bowl:
“Nûby™ feeding accessories are made to withstand the challenges of daily use and retain their bright color. This Toddler Bowl is ideal for children who are beginning to feed themselves. Suitable for warm or cold foods. Microwave safe.”
About Flower Child Fork & Spoon:
“When babies begin to show interest in feeding themselves, having the right equipment is a must! Not only is it important to have utensils that are safe for the baby, but they should be specially designed to be easy for little hands to hold and use. Our colorful forks and spoons are designed to meet all of these special needs for either left-handed or right-handed babies.”
How cute is this set? I know I think it’s very cute. Apparently so does my daughters because they are constantly fighting over them. The Flower Child Fork & Spoon set is perfect for Carly Jo. She is still learning to feed herself so having something that is easy for her to handle is a must. The spoon and fork have a texture feeling to them so it’s easy for her to grip. It’s also small enough that it fits perfect for her hands. She is two and is all over the place so it’s hard for me get her to eat. She just doesn’t want to set still. But I noticed when she’s eating out of her Flower Child Bowl and using her Flower Child Fork & Spoon she wants to set still and eat of them. I guess having something cute and colorful makes it fun for her. It also helps that they are very sturdy!! Trust me. on that. They have been dropped a few (well several) times on the floor. Not a single sign of wear or cracks. They are perfect for any toddler!
