Cinco de Mayo is the perfect time to have a little fun with your family and enjoy some amazing Mexican dishes! We have been really busy this week, but I didn’t let that stop me from whipping up a healthier dish to add an easy touch of fiesta to our day!

This recipe is awesome because it is cheesy, it is meaty and it is lower in fat than your average dip made with hamburger and cheese! My nacho dip recipe is so easy to make that almost anyone can prepare it, and trust me. It is even easier to devour!
1 pound of Jeanie-o Ground Turkey, browned and drained
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 package of cheese loaf, such as Melt n Dip or Velvetta
Mix your browned, drained ground turkey, cheese and tomatoes in your crock pot.
Cook for 2 hours on low
And you have Nacho Dip!
