We all know that with the holidays we often worry more about our schedules, what we are going to prepare, and what all we need to get done to make the holidays successful. This post is a sponsored post, but all opinions, stories, and my experience are all personal and true (like always)!
We don’t often start thinking about our New Years resolutions until it’s already the New Year. I know in the past I was so consumed in the Holidays that I let my health go for that time of year swearing that I would work it off in the New Year. There have been times I’d be so busy I’d forget to drink water during the day and we all know how sluggish we can feel if we are dehydrated. Or how about when you’re so tired you crawl into bed forgetting to brush your teeth.
Great Expressions Dental Care wants to remind us that we shouldn’t wait until after the Holidays to take care of ourselves. Instead we should make a plan that will help us maintain our resolution goals all throughout the Holidays. We need to make sure we are taking the simple steps like keeping a water bottle with you at all times so you remember to drink. Do simple exercises that you can do with little time and include everyone in such as jump rope. Just remember that we should take care of ourselves year round.
