A new year equals a new me. I have decided to change a lot of things in my life. Several little things, but some big things as well. One of the things that I am changing the most is that I am going to be there for my kids in every way. Starting off with eating healthier and being more active. I want my kids to live a long healthy life, and in order for them to do that I have to show them how. We are eating better and I talk them on walks all the time as a family!
