If your teeth are starting to get increasingly more sensitive, then it’s a good idea to get them checked out by a dentist. Gum disease is much easier to treat if it’s caught at the beginning stages, when it can still be cured instead of simply halting it in its tracks. It’s also a good idea to start making some lifestyle changes – make sure that you brush your teeth twice a day as well as flossing regularly to make sure that you’re reaching all the plaque in your mouth. You should also cut down on sugary foods which can cause tooth decay.
A lot of women think that the way they suffer from period pain is completely normal – and the truth is that it really isn’t something that many women talk about, except to complain to their friends! But it’s time that women start to get checked out, particularly if their pain is causing nausea every month or if it’s really impacting on the way they live their everyday lives. There probably isn’t a chronic condition out there that people talk about less than their mental health problems. Depression doesn’t mean constant tears and sadness – it can also be found in the form of irritation and feeling as though you can’t take any enjoyment from your everyday life.
