I don’t know about you but I cook a lot in my house, especially since I’m feeding 4 growing kids. I am always on the lookout for pans that work really well and when I got a chance to try the Diamotech Skillet I was super excited. The below was provided to me to help facilitate my review. I couldn’t wait to test it out to see how well it really looked since I knew it said that it made to be a non stick pan. I had used pans in the past that were supposed to be non-stick and they would work great for a little bit and then bam food would start sticking to them. This Pan is made with a Diamond Infused Ceramic Coating and is stronger and more durable than normal pans. I love that it is oven safe up to 500 degrees, that was one of my favorite things about this pan because I will often start cooking and then finish my dish in the oven, so the fact that I can leave it in the pan and just slide it in the oven is a huge plus for me.
My kids have even used this pan to make eggs and grilled cheese sandwiches, and have had no problems with flipping them because the food doesn’t stick. I love that it is dishwasher safe and so far mine has held up very well. Most of the time I just wipe it down wash it with soap and water and let it dry on the counter because it’s so easy to clean but it’s nice to know that I can throw it in the dishwasher when I need to and it won’t harm it or ruin it. I actually ended up getting 3 of these for my house which I love because I can cook multiple things at once and clean up is super easy when I’m done.
We have used these to bake cinnamon rolls in the oven in and it worked really well. It was super easy and they came out really easily when they were done. It made for a quick and easy breakfast and again a quick clean up as I just took some soap and water and wiped it down then laid it to dry on my drying towel. I honestly think everyone needs at least one of these in their kitchen if not more, I don’t know what I would without mine, it has become my favorite cooking utensil by far in my kitchen.
