    To grill a lot of different things all while the grill is warmed up. You can freeze them for later.

    I am vegan so I love to grill gardein. To keep it from sticking to the grill, I just grill it on aluminum foil. Then I also don’t have to worry about it getting mixed with the meat on the grill!

    instead of brushing the marinade on the food I put the marinade in a spray bottle and spray it on the food while on the grill

    i always like to grill on top of foil, that way i don’t have much to clean up afterwards, and it makes scraping and keeping the grill clean so easy ๐Ÿ™‚

    When I am grilling a piece of steak, chicken, etc. I like to lightly spray the meat with PAM to keep it from sticking to the grill. I’ve found that this is actually better than trying to oil the grill itself.

    I don’t have any tricks, just a secret weapon. Instead of expecting tinfoil to hold up, I use those handy-dandy foil trays!

    We use a foodsaver marinator to infuse the meat with flavor. Then grill to perfection.

    Starting the coals in a chimney then spreading them out on the grill is my favorite trick. Almost anything grilled is so good.

    I love my olive oil mister – various veggies including corn on the cob can be misted and then sprinkled with lemon pepper or your seasoning of choice before simple grilling. Kids seem to love everthing that comes off the grill whether it is meat or veggie

    I rub our ribs down with brown sugar after seasoning them. Also, we rub our grill racks with olive oil. That’s about all I can think of right now, but it is 3:00 in the morning. lol

    My favorite grilling trick is- no joke!-having someone else do the grilling. I have this tendency to end up setting things on fire- and I don’t mean what’s on the grill! Unfortunately, this is truth. i am beyond a novice griller, but It’s something I really want to get the hang of, so i’ll keep at it.

    First, I brine my slab of pork before I put it on the grill because this keeps it juicy! Put 1/2 cup of salt in a gallon of water and put the pork in for about 3 hours. Then grill on the barbecue and it comes out moist and flavorful! I also put on a rub!
