My kids love to color, so I made these fun presidents day coloring pages for them. They are a fun way to get the kids to focus on American history and want to learn more. With my younger kids, it made for a good introduction to the presidents. For my older kids, it encouraged them to talk about what they have learned. I was surprised by how much they knew about our 16th president.
After we colored both Abraham Lincoln and George Washington the kids wanted to do an art project. We found this Patriotic Heart Art to be a lot of fun for the occasion.
